1 - Project Review/ Quote
Get in touch with Visual Creations to discuss your intended project. Quotation is priced based on the desired service.
2 - 3D & 2D Files Availability
Send us your 3D model and CAD drawings if available. 3D Revit files are preferable as it will ease the deliverables process and time. Let us know if you used other software to coordinate further.
Additionally, we would discuss which desired view/ views of the intended project you wish to see in the desired rendering or walkthrough animation video. If not sure, Visual Creations can help on this process. We would remain in this phase until a client is satisfy moving forward.
Project description, materials and finishes. Plans/ elevations are a plus to get the big idea of the project. Prices are intended to increase depending on the amount of views and details desired for the project.
3 - Preliminary Review of Files Submission
As we make progress, we will send you preliminary submittal of visualization files to get client input/ comments prior to proceeding to the final phase. After review/ approval, we will proceed onto the high quality files visualization phase of final deliverables
4 - Final Files Submission
Upon all the requested alterations from the client, we proceed to the final high quality visualization files. However, at this phase, we can implement minor amendments to meet client complete satisfaction. If not further alterations are required, files are deliver for client presentations or for marketing purposes.
